These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by The Tint Father, a business owned and operated by Bradley Cooper, located in Oxfordshire, UK ("The Tint Father," "I," "me," or "my"). By booking a service or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

I provide professional residential and commercial window tinting services. All services are performed with meticulous attention to detail using high-quality films. Specific details of the service, including the type of film and price, will be provided in a formal quote after a consultation.

2. Bookings & Payments

• Bookings: All appointments must be booked in advance via my website or by contacting me directly. I reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking at my discretion.

• Quotes: All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue.

• Payment: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service and your final inspection. Payment can be made via [mention payment methods, e.g., credit card, bank transfer].

• Cancellation: Please refer to my separate Refund Policy for details on cancellations and rescheduling.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and timely installation, you agree to the following:

• Clear Access: Provide clear and unobstructed access to the windows that are to be tinted. This includes moving furniture, removing decorations, and ensuring the work area is clean.

• Accurate Information: Provide me with accurate and complete information about the property and the windows to be tinted.

• Presence: An adult must be present at the property for the duration of the service.

4. Warranty & Guarantee

Details of my guarantee on installation quality and the manufacturer's warranty on the film are provided in my separate Quality Guarantee & Refund Policy. These terms are incorporated into and form part of this agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Tint Father will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of my services. My total liability to you for any and all claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

6. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on this website.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
