I offer a Lifetime Guarantee against bubbling or peeling due to installation errors. This is my personal promise to you.

Each film also comes with its own manufacturer's warranty against defects like fading or discoloration. The specific warranty details will be provided to you in your quote before installation.

 

Refunds & Cancellations

 

Because my service involves the custom installation of a product, a refund for the service is generally not available once the work has been completed to the agreed-upon standards. My process includes a final inspection with you to ensure your complete satisfaction before final payment.

You may cancel or reschedule your service up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment without any penalty.

 

How to Submit a Claim

 

If you believe your tint is covered by this guarantee, please contact me immediately by phone or email. I will schedule a time to personally inspect the installation and determine the best course of action. I am committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.
